Attended Clemson University, and has called Atlanta home for the last twelve years.  Nine of those years have been spent building an outstanding career in real estate.  Heyward is a Georgia Licensed Agent and a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club.  He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors. He negotiated sales in excess of $10 million in 2003, 2004 & 2005.  He was also instrumental in the successful sale of the Olmsted at East Lake and Hawthorn Park developments in Atlanta. 

A University of North Carolina graduate, and an award-winning marketer with over nine years of marketing and national advertising sales experience at both Turner Broadcasting and New York-based Fortune 500 Media Companies.  Ryan brings outstanding experience in delivering expert customer service and a keen eye for effectively marketing homes.  Midtown Atlanta has been home to this Boca Raton, Florida native for ten years which has provided him with extensive knowledge of Atlanta in-town neighborhoods.  Ryan is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Atlanta Board of Realtors and is a Georgia Licensed Agent.

Kelli has lived in Atlanta for over 12 years and is a graduate of the College of Charleston. For 9 years she has been a business analyst and budget manager for higher education. Her strong analytical and problem solving skills are best utilized in assisting individuals and investors in the real estate industry. She believes in not only connecting with her clients, but strongly listening to their needs. Kelli is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Atlanta Board of Realtors and the Decatur Business Association.
