Kim brings over fifteen years experience in residential and commercial real estate in the Atlanta market. Kim's primary concentration is in new construction, including both new home communities and individual single family homes. On her clients’ behalf, Kim has been actively engaged in all aspects of project development, including land acquisition, project design and sales and marketing.
